This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for bookings made with Sunset Line Partners Inc (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

All consultation bookings are paid for online at the time of scheduling. By completing a booking, you agree to this Refund Policy.

• Clients may cancel a booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation time to receive a full refund.
   
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable.
   

• Clients may request to reschedule a booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled consultation at no additional charge.
   
• Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be denied or treated as a cancellation.
   

• Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
   

If we must cancel or reschedule a consultation due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered:

• A full refund, or
   
• The option to reschedule at no additional cost
   

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
   
• Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
   

Completed consultations and services already rendered are non-refundable.
